We provide FREE domestic shipping for standard orders (under 16 ounces) in US, EU & other available countries.

-Orders will send from China office, all authorized by Onetop.

-Free shipping is only offered for destinations we accept, the delivery days usually 6-8 business days. ( Not include the customs examination OR unavoidable accidents.)

-All APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box addresses will be shipped via USPS.

-If your country NOT include our FREE shipping area, we will contact you to provide shipping cost.

-Orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business days from the IN-STOCK DATE at the time of purchase. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends.

-We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or if it has been tracked as delivered.

-If your order weights over 1KG will need to ask for shipping inquiry from us.

RETURN POLICY

-We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

-Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
